1. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes.

2. I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password. If you attempt to login with the wrong password 3 times or more, your account will be locked. You will need to contact us to unlock your account. Your order history and account information will not be lost.

3. How do I create an account?

Use our sign up form or register during checkout.

Price

1. Do you have different price under different quantity?

Yes,you can find the detail from the information under each item.


2. which delivery term do your price offered online?

It is based on FOB,if you have special requirement, you can contact with us.


Samples

1. Can we place samples order online?

Yes.


2. Is there any samples cost?

Under 3pcs is free, but 3pcs or more on each items, or total amount is over USD300, we need to charge the samples.


3. How to send the samples?

Please provide your express account and address in advance.

If you don’t have account, please contact with us for the detail.


4. Can we change the samples, such as size, color, finish and so on?

Of course, you can, please contact with our sales team via email.


Payment

How do I make payment? What is the payment term?

1. 30% deposit after confirm the S/C,70% balance upon the receipt of copy of shipment documents.

2. L/C at sight.


MOQ/MOA

1. What’s your MOA?

Each shipment cannot less than USD8,000, otherwise customer need to pay extra handling charge USD400 for each shipping port each time.


2. What’s your MOQ?

There are different MOQ for different item; you can find it from the information under each item.
